[NAEP] Australia may be face of warming

Because of our location up here in the north, the signs of global 
climate change are usually most apparent to us in our most delicate 
environment, the Arctic.

But other fragile environments are also showing signs of change. 
Australia has just had its hottest year on record, and scientists 
predict things there are going to get even warmer pretty fast.
