Climate change forces migratory birds to fall behind in feeding
CBC News
Climate change may harm populations of migrating birds by advancing
the date when their food supply peaks.
Dutch biologists found a large drop in populations of the migratory
pied flycatcher, Ficedula hypoleuca.

The small bird winters in West Africa and returns to northern Europe
in the spring to breed.
As spring arrived sooner, caterpillars - a staple of the birds' diet
- also emerge earlier.
