[NAEP] New Finch named after lost people

A multicolored bird with reddish-brown and black eyes has been discovered
as a new species in a Colombian cloud forest accessible only by
helicopter, scientists say. It has been named the Yariguies Brush-Finch.

Sevral hundred years ago, the  Yariguies people inhabited the region of
Colombia in which the bird is found.
